An open pavilion, the water on every side.

The heart of Theeram is its pandal — a soaring thatched pavilion that opens completely to the backwaters, framed by coconut palms and a lawn that catches the evening light. It seats around two hundred for a ceremony, reception or seated dinner, with the gardens flowing around it for cocktails, a sadhya, or a mandap by the shore.

Anchor Villa

A cool, calm heart to the retreat.

Fully air-conditioned and dressed in cane, teak and soft sage-green joinery, the Anchor Villa is where smaller gatherings settle in — an intimate dinner, a family lunch, a corporate session of 25 to 30. Open-plan living and dining, a quiet bar corner, and tall green-framed windows looking onto the gardens.
